Clean Sri Lanka මහලේකම් කාර්යාලය මඟපෙන්වීම යටතේ ජගත් පරිසර දිනයට සමගාමීව දේශයේ පුනරුද ගමනට ශක්තියක් වෙමින්, ඌව පළාත කේන්ද්ර කරගත් දැවැන්ත ඒකාබද්ධ ශ්රම මෙහෙයුමක් 2026 ජූනි මස 05 වැනිදා පැවැත්වීමට සියලු කටයුතු සූදානම් කර ඇත. “රට එකට – ඌව පෙරට” යන තේමාව පෙරදැරි කරගනිමින් සංවිධානය වන මෙම සුවිශේෂී වැඩසටහන බදුල්ල දිස්ත්රික්කයේ සියලුම ග්රාම නිලධාරි වසම් පුරා ක්රියාත්මක වීමට නියමිතය.
මෙම මහා ශ්රම මෙහෙයුමේ සුවිශේෂීත්වය වන්නේ බදුල්ල දිස්ත්රික්කයේ සෑම ග්රාම නිලධාරී වසමක්ම ආවරණය වන පරිදි එකම දිනයකදී ශ්රමදාන වැඩසටහන් 1,200 ක් ඒකකාලීනව ක්රියාත්මක වීමයි. ප්රදේශයේ පොදු ස්ථාන පිරිසිදු කිරීම හා පිළිසකර කිරීම, ශ්රමදාන ව්යාපාර, මත්ස්ය හා ජල මූලාශ්ර සංරක්ෂණය හා සංවර්ධනය, මහා මාර්ග වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම මෙන්ම ඇලවේලි හා ඇලවල් ප්රතිසංස්කරණය කිරීම හා රුක් රෝපණය මෙහිදී සිදු කෙරේ.
“ඌවේ සැමම එක අරමුණකට…” අපේ ගම, අපේ නගරය සහ අපේ රට වෙනුවෙන් පෙළගැසෙන මෙම මහා ශ්රම මෙහෙයුමට දෑත් ශක්තිමත් කිරීමට ඌව වැසි සියලුම ජනතාවට සංවිධායක මණ්ඩලය විවෘතව ආරාධනා කර සිටියි.

New Energy for Uva: A Massive 1,200 Shramadhana Campaigns Covering All Divisions of Badulla on June 5th!
Under the guidance of the Clean Sri Lanka Secretariat, coinciding with World Environment Day, all preparations have been completed to hold a massive joint labor operation centered in Uva Province on June 5, 2026. Organized under the theme “Nation Together – Uva Leading the Way,” this special program is set to operate across all Grama Niladhari divisions in the Badulla District.
The highlight of this grand labor operation is the simultaneous execution of 1,200 Shramadhana (voluntary labor) programs on a single day, covering every Grama Niladhari division in the Badulla District. Activities to be carried out include cleaning and rehabilitating public spaces, community labor campaigns, conservation and development of fisheries and water sources, road improvements, restoration of irrigation canals and waterways, and tree planting.
