ජාත්‍යන්තර කාන්තා දිනයට සමගාමීව, “ලියාසුව රූ සවි” ඌව පළාත් කාන්තා දින සැමරුම උත්සවය, ඌව පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාරවර නීතිඥ ජේ.එම්.කපිල ජයසේකර මැතිතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් 2025 මාර්තු 08 වන දින බ/කැප්පෙටිපොළ විද්‍යාල පරිශ්‍රයේ දී දවස පුරා පැවැත්විණි. මෙම කාන්තා දින සැමරුම් උත්සවය සඳහා වැවිලි කටයුතු හා ප්‍රජා යටිතල පහසුකම් පිළිබඳ ගරු අමාත්‍ය සමන්ත විද්‍යාරත්න මැතිතුමා, ඌව පළාත් ප්‍රධාන ලේකම් මහේෂ් ලසන්ත ගම්මන්පිල මහතා ඇතුළු පිරිසක් සහභාගිවිය.
In conjunction with International Women’s Day, the ‘Liyasuwa Ru Savi’ Uva Province Women’s Day Celebration was held throughout the day on March 8, 2025, at the B/Keppetipola School premises under the patronage of the Governor of Uva Province, Attorney J.M. Kapila Jayasekara. This Women’s Day celebration was attended by the Honorable Minister of Plantation Affairs and Community Infrastructure, Mr. Samantha Vidyaratne, the Chief Secretary of Uva Province, Mr. Mahesh Lasantha Gammanpila, and others.
