“ඌව නවෝදය” සංස්කෘතික කලා මංගල්‍යය

ඌව පළාත් සභාව, Clean Sri Lanka මහ ලේකම් කාර්යාලය, මොණරාගල දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලය, බදුල්ල මහා නගර සභාව ඇතුළු රාජ්‍ය ආයතන, ඌව ශක්ති පදනම හා සිවිල් සංවිධාන ඒකාබද්ධව සංවිධානය කරනු ලබන සංස්කෘතික මිනිසා සොයා යන “ඌව නවෝදය” සංස්කෘතික කලා මංගල්‍යයේ සමාරම්භය, ඌව පළාත් ගරු ආණ්ඩුකාරවර නිතීඥ ජේ.එම්. කපිල ජයසේකර මැතිතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් 2025.09.29 දින බදුල්ල සේනානායක උද්‍යානයේ දී පැවැත්විණි.

මෙම අවස්ථාවට වැවිලි හා ප්‍රජා යටිතල පහසුකම් පිළිබඳ ගරු අමාත්‍ය සමන්ත විද්‍යාරත්න මැතිතුමා, වෙළඳ, වාණිජ, ආහාර සුරක්ෂිතතා සහ සමුපකාර සංවර්ධන පිළිබඳ ගරු අමාත්‍ය වසන්ත සමරසිංහ මැතිතුමා, සංචාරක කටයුතු පිළිබඳ ගරු නියෝජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය මහාචාර්ය රුවන් රණසිංහ මැතිතුමා සහ බදුල්ල දිස්ත්‍රික්කය නියෝජනය කරනු ලබන ගරු පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රීවරුන් සහ ඌව පළාත් සභාවේ ලේකම්වරු, ආයතන ප්‍රධානීන් හා නිලධාරීන් මෙන්ම විශාල ජනකායක් සහභාගි වූහ.

“ඌව නවෝදය” සංස්කෘතික කලා මංගල්‍යය සැප්තැම්බර් 29 දින සිට ඔක්තෝබර් 05 දක්වා උදෑසන 9.00 සිට රාත්‍රී 10.00 දක්වා ඌව පළාත් සභාව, බදුල්ල සේනානායක උද්‍යානය, වෙලේකඩේ පැරණි වෙළඳ සංකීර්ණය, පුස්තකාල ශ්‍රවනාගාරය, කාර්මික විද්‍යාලය හා බදුල්ල පුරහල කේන්ද්‍රකරගනිමින් පැවැත්වීමට කටයුතු සංවිධානය කර ඇත.

The inauguration of the ‘Uva Navodaya’ cultural arts festival, a cultural event organized jointly by government institutions including the Uva Provincial Council, Clean Sri Lanka General Secretariat, Monaragala District Secretariat, Badulla Municipal Council, along with the Uva Shakti Foundation and civil organizations in search of the cultural human being, was held on September 29, 2025, at Badulla Senanayake Park under the patronage of His Excellency the Governor of Uva Province, Attorney-at-Law J.M. Kapila Jayasekara.

The event was attended by the Hon. Minister of Plantation and Community Infrastructure Facilities Samantha Vidyarathne, the Hon. Minister of Trade, Commerce, Food Security and Cooperative Development Wasantha Samarasinghe, the Hon. Deputy Minister of Tourism Professor Ruwan Ranasinghe, and the Hon. Members of Parliament representing Badulla District, as well as the Secretary of the Uva Provincial Council, heads of institutions and officers, and a large gathering of people.

The ‘Uva Navodaya’ cultural arts festival has been organized to be held from September 29 to October 5, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, centered around the Uva Provincial Council, Badulla Senanayake Park, Welekade Old Commercial Complex, Library Auditorium, Technical College, and Badulla Town Hall.
