The event was attended by Uva Province Governor Attorney Kapila Jayasekara, Minister of Plantation Industries Samantha Vidyaratne, Deputy Minister of Tourism Dr. Ruwan Ranasinghe, and a group including state officials from the Uva Provincial Council.
