ඌව පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාර කාර්යාලයීය සුභසාධක සංගමය මගින් වාර්ෂිකව සංවිධානය කරනු ලබන බදුල්ල මහ රෝහලේ පිළිකා ඒකකයේ නේවාසික හා සායනික රෝගීන් උදෙසා පිරිනමනු ලබන දානමය පින්කම 2026.04.28 දින පෙරවරුවේ එම ඒකක පරිශ්රයේදී අති සාර්ථකව පවත්වන ලදී.
ඌව පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාරවර කාර්යාලයේ නිලධාරීන් සහ සේවක මණ්ඩලය එක්ව රෝගී උපස්ථානය උදෙසා සිදුකරනු ලබන මෙම උතුම් පුණ්යකර්මය වසරක් පාසා අඛණ්ඩව ක්රියාත්මක කරනු ලබන්නකි. ඌව පළාත් ගරු ආණ්ඩුකාරවර නීතිඥ ජේ.එම්. කපිල ජයසේකර මැතිතුමාගේ උපදෙස් හා මඟපෙන්වීම පරිදි මෙවරද රෝහල්ගතව ප්රතිකාර ලබන රෝගීන්ගේ සුවදුක් විමසමින් ඔවුන්ට ආශිර්වාද කිරීම සහ දානමය පුණ්යකර්මයට දායකත්වය දැක්වීම සුභසාධන සංගමයේ මූලිකත්වයෙන් සිදු කෙරිණි.
බදුල්ල ශික්ෂණ රෝහලේ පිළිකා ඒකකයේ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයේ සහයෝගය ඇතිව පැවැත්වුණු මෙම වැඩසටහන මගින් රෝගීන්ගේ මානසික සුවතාවය ඉහළ නැංවීම සහ රාජ්ය නිලධාරීන් අතර සමාජ සුභසාධන හැඟීම් වර්ධනය කිරීම අරමුණු කෙරිණි. මෙම අවස්ථාවට ඌව පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාර ලේකම්තුමිය, ගරු ආණ්ඩුකාරතුමාගේ පෞද්ගලික ලේකම්තුමා, ඌව පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාර කාර්යාලයේ නිලධාරීන් සහ කාර්යය මණ්ඩලය සිය දායකත්වය ලබා දෙන ලදි.
The annual charitable merit ceremony organised by the Uva Provincial Governor’s Office Welfare Society, offered in honour of inpatients and outpatients of the Cancer Unit of Badulla Teaching Hospital, was held with great success on the morning of 28th April 2026 within the premises of that unit.
This noble act of merit, carried out jointly by the officials and staff of the Uva Provincial Governor’s Office in service of the sick, is one that has been conducted continuously each and every year without interruption. In accordance with the guidance and direction of the Uva Provincial Governor, Attorney-at-Law J.M. Kapila Jayasekara, the Welfare Society took the lead this year as well—visiting hospitalised patients to enquire after their well-being, offering them blessings, and contributing to the charitable merit-making ceremony.
Conducted with the support of the staff of the Cancer Unit of Badulla Teaching Hospital, this programme aimed to enhance the psychological well-being of patients and to foster a spirit of social welfare among government officials. The Uva Provincial Governor’s Secretary, the Personal Secretary to the Governor, and the officials and staff of the Uva Provincial Governor’s Office all contributed their participation on this occasion.
