Clean Sri Lanka ජාතික වැඩසටහනට සමගාමීව රාජ්‍ය පරිපාලන, පළාත් සභා සහ පළාත් පාලන අමාත්‍යාංශය මගින් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කරන ලද “පළාත් පාලන සතිය – 2025” ජාතික වැඩසටහනේ සමාරම්භක උත්සවය 2025.09.15 වන දින මීගහකිවුල නගරයේ දී පැවැත්විණි.
මෙම අවස්ථාවට ඌව පළාත් ගරු ආණ්ඩුකාරවර නීතිඥ කපිල ජයසේකර මැතිතුමා, වැවිලි සහ ප්‍රජා යටිතල පහසුකම් පිළිබඳ ගරු අමාත්‍ය සමන්ත විද්‍යාරත්න මැතිතුමා, පළාත් සභා සහ පළාත් පාලන කටයුතු පිළිබඳ ගරු නියෝජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය රුවන් සෙනරත් මැතිතුමා, බදුල්ල දිස්ත්‍රික් ගරු පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී දිනිදු සමන් හෙන්නායක මැතිතුමා, ඌව පළාත් ප්‍රධාන ලේකම්තුමිය ඇතුලු ඌව පළාත් සභාවේ නිලධාරින් සහ ප්‍රදේශවාසීන් රැසක් සහභාගී වූහ.
මෙම වැඩසටහනට සමගාමීව ජංගම සේවා වැඩසටහනක් සංවිධානය කර තිබූ අතර, මීගහකිවුල බස් නැවතුමේ ප්‍රවේශ මාර්ගය විවෘත කිරීම, මීගහකිවුල නගරයේ ඉදිවන නව හෙල බොජුන් හලට මුල්ගල් තැබීම ද සිදුවිය.
In line with the Clean Sri Lanka national program, the inaugural ceremony of the “Provincial Council Week – 2025” national program announced by the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government was held on September 15, 2025, in Meegahakivula town.
This occasion was attended by the Honorable Governor of Uva Province, Attorney Kapila Jayasekara, the Honorable Minister of Plantation 
and Community Infrastructure Samanta Vidyaratna, the Honorable Deputy Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government Affairs Ruwan Senarath, the Honorable Member of Parliament for Badulla District Dinidu Saman Hennayaka, the Chief Secretary of Uva Province, and a large number of officials from the Uva Provincial Council as well as local residents.
