ඌව පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාරවර නීතිඥ කපිල ජයසේකර මැතිතුමා ඌව පළාත් ගරු ආණ්ඩුකාරවර ධූරයට පත් ව 2025.09.25 දිනට වසරක් සපිරේ. ඒ අනුව, ඒ නිමිත්තෙන් ආගමික වතාවත්වලට මුල් තැන දෙමින් කෙටි වැඩ
සටහනක් ඌව පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාරවර කාර්යාලය මඟින් සංවිධානය කර තිබූ අතර, එම අවස්ථාවට ඌව පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාරවර නීතිඥ කපිල ජයසේකර මැතිතුමා, ඌව පළාත් ප්‍රධාන ලේකම් අනුෂා ගෝකුළ ප්‍රනාන්දු මහත්මිය, ඌව පළාතේ ලේකම්වරුන්, නියෝජ්‍ය ප්‍රධාන ලේකම්වරු, ගරු ආණ්ඩුකාරතුමන්ගේ පෞද්ගලික ලේකම් ඇතුළු පිරිසක් සහභාගී වුහ.
අනතුරුව, පැමිණ සිටි සියලුම නිලධාරින්, ආණ්ඩුකාරවර කාර්යාලයේ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය සහ ආණ්ඩුකාරතුමාගේ පෞද්ගලික කාර්ය මණ්ඩල සාමාජිකයින් සමඟ සුහද හමුවකට එක් විය.
එහි දී අදහස් පළ කළ ඌව පළාතේ ප්‍රධාන ලේකම්තුමිය, ඌව පළාත් ගරු ආණ්ඩුකාරතුමන් විසින් පසුගිය වසරක කාලය තුළ ඉටුකරන ලද කාර්යයභාරය ප්‍රශසංසනීය බවත්, ඉදිරි කාලය තුළ ද ඌව පළාතේ අභිවෘද්ධිය වෙුනවෙන් කටයුතු කිරීම සඳහා ධෛර්යය, ශක්තිය හා චිරජීවනය ලැබේවායි ඌව පළාතේ සියලුම නිලධාරින් වෙනුවෙන් ප්‍රාර්ථනා කරන බවත් සඳහන් කරන ලදි. ඌව පළාතේ ප්‍රධාන ලේකම්තුමිය විසින් ඌව පළාත් ගරු ආණ්ඩුකාරතුමන් වෙත සුභාශිංසන සන්නස්පත්‍රයක් ද පිළිගන්වන ලදි. ඌව පළාතේ අභිවෘද්ධිය වෙනුවෙන් තමා විසින් ගෙන යනු ලබන වැඩපිළිවෙළ සඳහා ලබා දුන් සහයෝගය සම්බන්ධව ඌව පළාත් සභාවේ සියලුම කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයට සිය කෘතඥතාව පළ කරන බවත්, තවදුරටත් ඌව පළාත නඟා සිටුවීමට තමා සමඟ අත්වැල් බැඳ ගන්නා ලෙසට සියලුම දෙනාට ආරාධනා කරන බවත්, සඳහන් කරන ලදි.
Hon. Mr. Kapila Jayasekara, Attorney-at-Law, Governor of Uva Province, completed one year in the office of Governor of Uva Province on 25.09.2025. Accordingly, to commemorate this occasion, a brief program was organized by the Office of the Governor of Uva Province, giving priority to religious observances. The event was attended by Hon. Mr. Kapila Jayasekara, Attorney-at-Law, Governor of Uva Province, Ms. Anusha Gokula Fernando, Chief Secretary of Uva Province, Provincial Secretaries of Uva Province, Deputy Chief Secretaries, the Hon. Governor’s Private Secretary, and several others.
Subsequently, all attending officials, staff of the Governor’s Office, and members of the Governor’s personal staff joined in a cordial meeting.
Speaking at the event, the Chief Secretary of Uva Province mentioned that the work carried out by the Hon. Governor of Uva Province during the past year was commendable, and stated that she prayed on behalf of all officials of Uva Province that he may receive courage, strength, and long life to continue working for the development of Uva Province in the future. The Chief Secretary of Uva Province also presented a congratulatory certificate to the Hon. Governor of Uva Province.
It was mentioned that he expressed his gratitude to all staff of the Uva Provincial Council for the support given to the program he is carrying out for the development of Uva Province, and invited everyone to join hands with him to further develop Uva Province
