Resource Center and renovated Uva Province Early Childhood Development Building was handed over to the public today at the premises of the Early Childhood development authority in Badulla city.
The building was constructed with the financial contribution of 13 million to the World Bank Early Child Development Project by the Ministry of Women, Child Affairs and Social Empowerment, according to the concept of the Hon’ble President.
State Minister Chamara Sampath Dasanayake, Parliament Minister Sudarshana Denipitiya, Mrs. Damayanti Paranagama, Director of Uva Province Early Childhood Development Authority D. M. Mr. C Dissanayake and officers were together.

The building has been constructed with technical support from the Uva State Building Department of Women, Child Affairs and Social Empowerment, under the World Bank’s Pre-Children Development Plan, to the count of the Excellency President, at a cost of Rs 13 million.
